·Initially, we acquired the commercial facilities at Gwanggyo Central Prugio City (Lotte Outlet Gwanggyo) as the primary asset, securing stable initial cash flow and listing the REIT. This property has a master lease agreement with GS Retail until September 2035, and the tenant has a sublease agreement with Lotte Shopping for the same period, creating a stable cash flow with dual credit enhancement.

·In Q3 2023, we completed the purchase of preferred shares in KG Tower, and in Q1 2024, we acquired preferred shares in Majestarcity Tower 1. Moving forward, we aim to secure stable dividends and grow into a large-scale mixed-use REIT by acquiring high-quality assets.
